Customer Support is available for all our products. Support is limited to the current version. All Getting Started Support incidents for the current version will expire 90 days after the release of the next software version.

Products purchased from the Amity Open Options program are limited to installation support only. Customers receive unlimited installation support be used within 90 days of first technical support contact.  For technical assistance, please call or e-mail your local Amity Customer Support Center. Options and availability for services may vary by country. Technical assistance is also available from local service providers.

The email address, support@amity.org.in, is provided for customers to submit service requests or inquiries. Requests may be submitted in the following languages: English, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Español, Nederlands, Portugues, Chinese, and Korean. You may also use Supportfolio or contact us by phone with an urgent system problem.
Note: Customers in Japan, Israel, and the Czech Republic may use the local alias for local language support.
